• 10:00 AM - Official Proclamation of Rocket Week & Raising of the Toledo Flag by Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz, One Government Center

All of Rocket Week September 8 - 14

• Rocket fans and the Toledo community are encouraged to fly their Toledo Rockets flags all week. Share your Toledo Pride by posting an image of your flag flying high on social media with the hashtag #RocketWeek.
  • Rocket Flags are available for purchase at the Rocket Ticket Office, online at UTRockets.com, Rocky's Locker at Savage Arena or Rocky's Locker online 
  • Flag promotion at Rocky’s Locker & Rocket Bookstore.  Buy $100 in Rocket gear, receive a free flag while supplies last.  Starts Monday, Sept. 9
• UToledo Students are encouraged to decorate their Resident Halls room or door for Rocket Week and post on social media with the hashtag #RocketWeek. The best decorated room or door wins a Rocket Prize Pack.  

Sunday, September 8

• 1:00 PM - Toledo Soccer vs. Wright State at Paul Hotmer Field. 

Monday, September 9

• 6:00 PM - Coach's Show on the University of Toledo Rocket Sports Radio Network at Stubborn Brother Pizza. 

Tuesday, September 10

• 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM - President's Backyard BBQ at Toledo Campus, Centennial Mall.
• 12:30 PM - Pep Rally at Toledo Campus, Centennial Mall.

Wednesday, September 11

• 7:00 AM  - Run To Remember Army ROTC 5K Run/Walk
  • Register at: utoledo.edu/rotc/runtoremember.html
• 11:00 AM - Health Science Campus BBQ, located on the patio outside Four Seasons Bistro (for HSC faculty, staff and students).
  • First Shift: 11:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Program: noon, Second Shift: 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. 
• 12:30 - 1:30 PM - 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb in partnership with University of Toledo Student-Athlete Academic Services and the Ohio Community Athletic Conference.
• 6:30 PM - Toledo Fire vs. Toledo Police Flag football game. 

Thursday, September 12

• 12:00 PM - Tailgate & Pep Rally at Lunch at Levis, Levis Square, Downtown Toledo.
• All Day - Rocket Thursday; the Toledo community is encouraged to wear Rocket gear or midnight blue & gold in support of Toledo. 

Friday, September 13

• 9:30-10:30 PM - Rocket Marching Band Pep Rally & Parade, Downtown Entertainment District.

Saturday, September 14

• 9:00 AM - Run into Fall 5K, UToledo Health Science Campus
• 7:00 PM - Rocket Football vs. Murray St., Glass Bowl.
