Toledo Game Notes
Toledo vs. WMU, Nov. 27, 2015

• Toledo’s loss gives it a 6-2 MAC record and  means it has to settle for a share of the MAC West Division title with Northern Illinois, Western Michigan and Central Michigan.

• Toledo’s last appearance in the MAC Championship Game was in 2004. Since then, the Rockets have shared the division crown four times but lost on tie-breakers all four occasions.

• Toledo loss to the Broncos was its first in the last six tries.

• Junior Kareem Hunt rushed for 139 yards, moving him to No. 5 on Toledo’s all-time rushing list with 3,391 career yards, surpassing former teammate David Fluellen, who had 3,336 yards from 2010-13.

• Hunt’s 139-yard effort was his fourth 100-yard game this season and 20th as a collegian, which ranks second all-time at UT behind Chester Taylor, who had 27 100-yard efforts from 1998-2001.

• Senior wide receiver Alonzo Russell caught two passes for 30 yards. He now has 199 receptions in his Rocket career, leaving him one shy of becoming the fifth Rocket ever to catch at least 200 passes. He ranks fifth all-time in receptions and third in receiving yards (3,044).

• Russell has now caught at least one pass in 49 straight games, the second-longest current streak in the country and tied for the all-time UT record with Steve Odom (2003-06).

• Junior safety DeJuan Rogers forced a fumble in the second quarter, his third forced fumble of the season, tying him with most in the MAC this season with teammate Rolan Milligan.

• Toledo is now 38-10 in MAC games since 2010.

• 19 Toledo seniors played in their final home game in the Glass Bowl.
