2019 Results: Broke the 16-minute mark on the 5000m, recording a school-record and personal-best 15:58.95 to take third at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 29-30) …  Clocked a time of 16:33.55 in the 5000 to take first at the MAC Indoor Championships … Placed fourth in teh 3000m with a time of 9:48.87 at the MAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 22-23) … Took first in the mile with a time of 4:43.54 at the GVSU Open (Jan. 25) … Stopped the clock at 9:37.72 to clich first in the 3000m at the BGSU Indoor Dual (Jan. 18) … Earned First-Team All-MAC honors for the 5000m at the MAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 22-23) … Named to the Academic All-MAC Team for the indoor season.

Placed third in the 3000m with a time of 9:34.28 at the MAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-24) … Clinched first in the 5000m with a time of 16:35.28 at the Meyo Invitational (Feb. 2-3) ...Earned All-Academic Honors from the US Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches’ Association … Named a Distinguished Scholar Athlete from the MAC.
