KENT, Ohio – The Toledo baseball team dropped the middle game of a weekend set against Kent State, 10-1 at Olga Mural Field at Schoonover Stadium on Saturday.

The Rockets (9-16, 4-7 MAC) fell behind early and the Golden Flashes (13-11, 6-2 MAC) blew the game open with a five-run fourth inning.

How It Happened
- Kent State took a 3-0 lead after the third inning with a two-run single in the first and a Jake Casey solo home run in the third.
- The Golden Flashes scored five runs in the fourth on two RBI singles followed by a three-run home run by Hayden Jatczak.
- Luke Walton homered in the top of the fifth to put Toledo on the board.
- Kent State closed its scoring on solo home runs by Alejandro Covas in the fifth inning and Sawyer Solitaria in the eighth inning.
