TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo women's basketball team finishes off the second of back-to-back home games when the Rockets take on west-coast foe Long Beach State on Friday. Tipoff is set for 7:00 p.m. at Savage Arena and will air on ESPN+.

The Rockets (2-1, 0-0 MAC) rallied back from a 14-point deficit to defeat Northern Kentucky 76-73 on Sunday.
Khera Goss led Toledo with 19 points on 7-of-11 shooting, while
Sammi Mikonowicz added 16 points, made all seven of her free-throw attempts and crashed the glass for seven rebounds. With the game tied at 73,
Nan Garcia delivered the game-winning putback with just 2.8 seconds to play.

The 49ers (2-1, 0-0 Horizon League) defeated Sacramento State 69-68 on the road on Sunday, out-scoring the Hornets 20-15 in the fourth quarter to come away with the victory.

The Rockets and 49ers will face off for the second time all-time on Friday, with LBSU taking a 95-53 victory in California on Dec. 11, 1987. Long Beach State will make its first-ever trip to the Glass City.
