Toledo Continues MAC Slate at Western Michigan and Northern Illinois

TOLEDO, Ohio – Toledo (8-7) will continue its conference schedule with a pair of matches this weekend at Western Michigan (6-9) and Northern Illinois (6-10). UT will face the Broncos on Friday, March 31 and the Huskies on Sunday, April 2. Both contests are slated for 1:00 p.m.
"I was happy our team's focus and mindset after losing a pair of heartbreakers last weekend," said Head Coach Tracy Mauntler. "We got back up, stayed focused and kept aiming forward."
Toledo is coming off a tough 4-3 loss against Bowling Green last Sunday. The battle contained straight-set victories from junior Megan Miller and freshman Mimi Kendall-Woseley. Kendall-Woseley downed her opponent, 7-5, 6-3, at the No. 2 spot, before Miller followed up with a 6-1, 6-2 win at fifth singles.
