I've always been pretty good serving, but I definitely got better when I came here. I didn't place as much priority on it as I did in high school and the coaching staff puts a big emphasis on serving.
I think the key for us is that we all have to work hard and play together. When we do that in a match it makes us a much better team.
My mom taught me and was my first coach. She played the game and still plays now. She transferred her love of the game down to me.
I try to get things done early and not procrastinate too much. That helps me stay on top of things. I think playing club volleyball in high school helped me a lot because I really had to manage my time.
I want to go to nursing school and become a pediatric nurse. I love kids and I want to help them get better.
