* Ohio now leads the all-time series with Toledo by a 60-52 margin. The Rockets saw their two-game winning streak at The Convo end as well as their three-game win streak overall against the Bobcats.

* Toledo committed a season-high 20 turnovers in the contest and had more turnovers than its opponent for just the fourth time this season.

* The Rockets shot 50 percent from the field marking just the third time this season UT has made at least half of its shots.

* Toledo notched five blocks for its second highest rejection total in a game this season.

* Junior guard Sammy Villegas tallied a season-high and team-high 18 points and matched his season high with four three-point field goals in a season-high 28 minutes.

* Junior forward Anton Currie grabbed a career-high and team-high eight rebounds and equaled his career best with three steals in a season-high 28 minutes.

* Sophomore forward Florentino Valencia tallied 17 points thanks to knocking down a season-high seven free throws in eight attempts.

* Senior guard Keith Triplett played a season-low 22 minutes due to a hip injury and saw his streak of double-digit scoring games end at 10 games. He also failed to register a steal in a game for the first time this season.
