Team Notes:

* The Rockets' 98 points is their most in a game since a 103-51 victory over Buffalo on Feb. 11, 1999. It is the second-most points scored in a road game under Stan Joplin and equals the fifth most scored by a Joplin-coached team.

* Toledo's 68.6 field-goal percentage was the fourth best in school history and its best ever in a road game. The last time UT shot better was a 68.9 percent performance in an 84-72 win over Cincinnati on Jan. 8, 1990. The school record is 71.7 percent in a 100-98 win over Ohio on Jan. 25, 1986

* UT shot 78.3 percent in the second half and missed only five of its 23 shots.

* The Rockets have registered season highs in assists and steals in each of their last three games. UT notched 13 assists and nine steals vs. Siena, 18 assists and 10 steals vs. Ohio and 19 assists and 13 steals vs. Wright State.

* Toledo is shooting 54.2 percent (84-155) and 45.9 percent (34-of-74) from three-point range in its three-game win streak. The Rockets are averaging 11.3 treys per game and have been led in scoring by Keith Triplett (22.0 ppg), Nick Moore (16.3 ppg), Anton Currie (12.7 ppg) and Sammy Villegas (12.3 ppg).

* UT outrebounded the Raiders by a 27-19 margin and has outrebounded its opponents in five of seven games this year.

Individual Notes:

* Junior guard Keith Triplett led the Rockets' offense for the second straight game. In those two contests, he is averaging 26.0 points while shooting 17-of-21 (80.9 percent) from the field and 77.8 percent (7-of-9) from three-point range.

* Redshirt freshman forward Anton Currie tallied a season-high 16 points marking the third straight contest he has posted a season best. He is averaging 12.7 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.0 steals in his last three games while shooting 65.2 percent (15-of-23) from the field and 66.7 (six-of-nine) percent from three-point range.

* Redshirt freshman guard Sammy Villegas registered season highs in points (18), three-point field goals (4) and steals (3).

* Senior guard Nick Moore dished out a season-best six assists in addition to scoring 17 points.

* Senior forward Milo Kirsh did not register a blocked shot for the first time this season but contributed a season-high four field goals.
