Women's Tennis: Toledo Falls To Western Michigan

Toledo, OH - The University of Toledo women's tennis team fell to 6-7 on the season with a 7-0 loss at the hands of Western Michigan in Toledo, Ohio today. UT drops to 0-3 in Mid-American Conference action, while the Broncos improve to 3-0.
The Rockets are now 3-3 at home this season and will return home after a pair of away matches next weekend. Toledo coach Jeff Westemeyer looks at the positive in today's loss.
"We did a lot of good things today," said Westemeyer. "I think we are heading in the right direction. We need to come out next weekend and get back on the winning track."
UT faces Miami (OH) on Friday, Apr. 6 in Oxford, OH before heading to Huntington, WV to play Marshall on Saturday, Apr. 7. Toledo's men host Ball State tomorrow. The time of the match has changed from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. The rain site is Laurel Hill Tennis Club.
