Women's Tennis: RedHawks Sweep Rockets in Oxford

Oxford, OH - The University of Toledo women's tennis team dropped a 7-0 decision to Miami (OH) in Oxford, Ohio today.

Toledo fell in straight sets in No. 1 through No 5 singles. Anne Tabernik dropped the No. 6 singles in three sets, falling 6-4, 5-7, 7-10. UT's doubles teams were also swept, with No. 1 and No. 2 doubles losing by the same 8-3 score.

The RedHawks improve to 4-1 in Mid-American Conference action, while the Rockets fall to 0-4 in MAC play. UT is now 6-8 overall and faces Marshall in Huntington, WV tomorrow.
