2015: Placed third in the 800m (2:12.31) and fifth in the mile (4:56.40) at the MAC Indoor Championships... Placed sixth in the 1500m (2:19.71) at the MAC Outdoor Championships... Finished in first-place in the mile (4:55.49) and distance medley relay (11:40.85) at the SPIRE Midwest Indoor Open... Ran a personal-best time of 2:11.77 in the 800m at the Toledo Invitational...Recorded a personal-best time of 2:11.77 in the 800m at the Toledo Invitational.

2014: Qualified for the MAC Outdoor Championships in the 1500m and the MAC Indoor Championships in the 800m... Finished in second-place in the 800m at both the Ohio Cherry Blossom Invitational (2:14.47) and the SPIRE Midwest Indoor Open (2:14.03).

2013: Finished in fourth-place at the MAC Outdoor Championships in the 1500m (4:28.43)... Placed first in the 800m (2:14.03) at the Hillsdale College Relays. 

High School: Earned six varsity letters (cross country-four, track-four, basketball two)...Named all-state senior year...Holds school record time of 18:13 in cross country...Captain/MVP of 2011 state championship team...Named all-region and all-conference three times...Member of 2008 state championship team...Named all-conference, all-region and all-state in track junior year...State champion in the mile with a time of 4:57...Part of team that holds 4x800-meter state record.
