Biography

2017-18: Huck went 8-11 (3-5 MAC) in singles and 13-8 (6-2 MAC) in doubles for Toledo. A top two singles player, Huck went 3-7 in No. 1 and 5-4 in No. 2. The Fort Wayne, Ind., native partnered up with Kokoro Chishaki in No. 1 doubles where the two went 8-2 in their final 10 matches and were recognized as the Mid-American Conference Doubles Team of the Week on back-to-back occasions (April 11, 18). Huck was also selected to the MAC All-Tournament team after never dropping a match in Toledo’s two appearances in the postseason.

2016-17: Earned ITA Scholar-Athlete honors ... Named Academic All-MAC … Two-time MAC Doubles Team of the Week with Deedee Leenabanchong on Feb.1 and March 16th … Registered a doubles record of 19-10 and 14-6 in dual matches … In singles play had a record of 16-16 and 9-12 in dual meets … Began the season winning 10 of her first 15 singles matches … Recorded nine straight doubles victories with Deedee Leenabanchong including 6-4 win over Purdue’s Rafaella Baquerizo/Nicole Robinson

2015-16: Finished with a 17-15 mark in singles and a 16-12 record in doubles play...Claimed 13 two-set victories...Recorded three-straight match wins to claim flight title at Bowling Green Invite...Paired up with Emily Mazzola to post 16-10 record in doubles...Claimed Flight A doubles title with Mazzola at Rocket Invite and WVU Invite...Defeated Marquette in first round of ITA Regionals with Mazzola...The pairdefeated No. 69 (No. 9 Reg.) Michigan State's Athena Trouillot and Davina Nguyen, 6-1, at first doubles.

2014-15: Played at No. 3, 4 and 5 singles as a freshman...Competed in the No. 3 slot for all six conference matches...Concluded spring with a singles record of 8-6, including straight victories in her first three matches...Won six matches in two sets...Played at No. 3 doubles for an impressive record of 12-2 with partner Mackenzie Bowman, including victories in all four conference matches. 

High School: Four-star recruit according to tennisrecruiting.net...Ranked No.3 in the state from her class and No. 27 in the Great Lakes Region...Singles runner-up in the 2013 Midwest Qualifier...Champion of the Girls 18 Midwest Doubles Qualifier in 2012 and 2013...Earned a trip to nationals in Kalamazoo, MI to compete in doubles play,  finishing third.

Personal: Daughter of Shawn and Kristy Huck...Has four sisters, Lindsay, Cara, Dana and Marcy...Marcy is a senior tennis player at IPFW...Majoring in education.
