2021-22
Team Most Improved Player Award...Academic All-MAC... Earned a 9-10 overall record and was 5-5 vs. MAC opponents mostly from the No. 6 singles court, also was 0-1 in doubles play... Went on a four-match win streak from April 1-9... Played the No.5 singles court in the 2022 MAC Championships semifinals and finals matches.

2020-21
Went 4-11 in singles play on the No. 3 and 4 courts… Won in three sets against Miami (Ohio) to help the Rockets start MAC play with a victory… 1-2 in doubles play, pairing mostly with teammate Christina Fuller…Part of the MAC Doubles Team of the Week, Feb. 17.

2019-20
Posted a record of 8-13 in singles play, including a 4-7 mark on the No. 2 court...15-8 in doubles play, pairing mostly with Dee Dee Leenabanchong (12-7 record as a doubles pairing)...Won her singles match against Charleston Southern (6-1, 6-1) to help the Rockets claim the upset victory.

2018-19
Played primarily on the No. 2 court, posting an 8-13 (1-6 MAC) record ... Named MAC Singles Player of the Week on Mar. 20 for coming back down one set to clinch match point in Toledo’s 4-3 victory over the Golden Grizzles ... Carney also clinched match point in the Rockets’ 4-3 victory over Cleveland State on Feb. 8 ... Went 5-10 (3-2 MAC) in doubles, splitting time between the No. 2 and No. 3 courts. 

HIGH SCHOOL
Four-time varsity letterwinner ... Had a 75-5 career high school record ... IHSA Sectional Tournament Singles Champion (2014-2017) ... Southwest Prairie Conference Tournament Singles Champion (2016-2017).

PERSONAL 
Parents are Anne and Tom Carney ... Has two brothers, Tom and Jack ... Father played tennis at the University of Iowa ... Brother, Tom, played tennis at Ball State ... Majoring in pharmacology-toxicology.
