2022 RESULTS: I/O Academic All-MAC Team… Had three top-10 finishes in eight meets, including a first-place finish in the 10,000m with a personal-best time of 37:08.84 at the Tiffin Track Carnival (April 15).

2021 RESULTS: Named Indoor Track and Field Academic All-MAC...Posted a personal-record in the outdoor Blizzard Buster (March 20) in the 3000m with a time of 10:32.72 and ran a time of 9:58.56 in the 4X800m relay, placing sixth... Competed in the Toledo Rocket Invitational (May 15) in the 1500m with a personal-record of 4:49.02... Ran the 5000m at Indoor MAC Championships (Feb. 27) with a time of 18:21.61.

2020 RESULTS: Set a new personal-record with a time of 17:41.74 in the 5000m at the GVSU Big (Feb. 14-15)... Clocked a new PR at the Akron Invitational (Feb. 7-8) in the mile with a time of 5:11.58... Finished the 3000m with a new PR of 10:25.62 in the 3000m at the BGSU Dual (Jan. 17).

2019 RESULTS: Posted a personal-best of 5:04.50 to take 11th in the 1500m at the RedHawk Invitational (April 20) …  Clocked a time of 5:07.39 to place 51st in the 1500m at the Ball State Challenge (April 12-13)... Stopped the clock at 11:12.68 in the 3000m to take fourth at the BGSU Outdoor Dual (April 5) ... Clocked a season-best of 19:06.04 in the 5000m at the Hillsdale GINA Relays (April 25-27).
