2022 RESULTS: Second Team All-MAC... Outdoor Academic All-MAC… USTFCCCA All-Academic... Had three top-10 finishes in five meets, highlighted by a runner-up podium finish in the 10,000m at the MAC Outdoor Championships (May 12)… Recorded a personal-best time in the 5000m at the Joe Walker Invitational (April 9)… Finished 13th in the 10,000m and 32nd in the 5000m at the NCAA East Regional Prelims (May 26-28)… Sherman recorded two all-time Toledo records this season: fifth in the outdoor 5000m (16:15.79) and fourth in the 10,000m (33:59.39).

2021 RESULTS: Named second-team All-America in the 10,000m... Ran school record time of 33:25.31 in the 10K taking 16th place at the NCAA Championships...Qualified for the NCAAs by taking 11th at the NCAA East Regionals on May 27 with a time of 34:08.86...Also ran in the qualifying heat of the 5000m at the NCAA East Regionals, clocking a time of 16:27.36 to place 32nd (May 29)... Finished second in the 5000m and 10,000m with times of 16:30.71 and 34:40.40 at Outdoor MAC Championship (May 8)... Posted a PR of 16:15.81 in the 5000m at the Rick Erdman Twilight (April 17)... Earned second place with a PR of 9:40.49 in the 3000m at the outdoor Blizzard Buster (March 20).

2020 RESULTS: Set a personal record in two events at the MAC Championships (Feb. 28) in the 3000m with a time of 9:53.00, ran the 5000m with a time of 16:59.99 finishing fourth... Ran the 3000m at the GVSU Big (Feb.14) with a time of 9:53.38... Finished the 5000m with a time of 17:20.03 at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (Jan. 24)...  Clocked a personal-best time in the mile at the BGSU Dual with a time of 5:05.16, personal-best time in the 800m with a time of 2:28.68... Finished third at the Wolverine Invitational in the 3000m with a time of 9:58.07.

2019 RESULTS: Clocked five personal-bests over the course of the season ... Finished second in the 3000m with a time of 10:09.68 at the Doug Raymond Invite (Feb. 9) … Stopped the clock at 5:13.52 in the mile to place 15th at the GVSU Open (Jan. 25) … Posted 11th place finishes in the 10,000m  with a time of 35:55.06 at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 30) and in the 5000m with a time of 17:25.30 at the Meyo Invitational (Feb. 1-2) … Earned Academic All-MAC nods for indoor and outdoor seasons.

2018 RESULTS: Placed seventh with a time of 5:14.30 in the mile at the Tom Wright Classic (Jan. 19) … Recorded a time of 10:21.48 in the 3000m to take fourth at the Doug Raymond Invite (Jan. 13) ... Posted a personal-best time of 17:33.10 in the 5000m at the SPIRE D1 Indoor Classic (Feb. 9-10) ... Set a personal record in the 10,000m with a time of 36:25.15 at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 30-31).

2017 RESULTS: Took sixth place in the 1500m with a time of 4:54.33 at the Toledo Invitational (May 4-5)… Placed fifth with a time of 5:19.87 in the mile at the BGSU Opener (Jan. 7) … Posted a personal-best in the 3000m with a time of 10:20.44 and landed 14th at the Thundering Herd Invitational (Jan. 27-28) ... Clocked a time of 17:37.68 in the 5000m at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 24-25).
