2020: Clocked a career-best 26:57.9 at MAC Championships in Bowling Green, Ohio (Nov. 21)... Finished with a time of 27:17.6 at the Falcon Invitational in Bowling Green, Ohio (Nov. 7)... Came in sixth overall in the with a time of 16:36.7 in the 5K at CMU's Jeff Drenth Memorial in Shepard, MI (Oct. 31). 

2019:  Clocked a time of 29:36.8 at the Buckeye Preview in Columbus (Sept. 28)... Finished with a time of 28:08.6 at the NIU Huskie Challenge in DeKalb, Ill.(Sept. 6)... Twenty-fourth overall finish at the Mel Brodt Collegiate Opener 5K race (Aug. 30) with a time of 16:47.5.

Lorain County (2017-18): Posted an 8K time of 27:20.2 at the NJCCA Region XII Division III Men's Cross Country Championship (Oct. 27, 2018) ... Clocked a time of 28:52.3 at the Behrend Invitational (Sept. 14, 2018) ... Ran a 23:45.0 at the Wooster Invitational 4K (23:45.0)... 2018 cross country All-American ... 2017 cross country Regional Champion ... 2018 cross country regional runner-up ... Two-time Jack Zagrans Male Athlete of the Year Award recipient.
