2022 RESULTS: Dean's List... Had one top-10 finishes in five meets, finishing sixth in the mile run at the Reggie Thomas Collegiate Classic (Feb. 12).

2022 TOP PERFORMANCES:
3000m – Michigan invitational – 29th place – 11:00.16
MILE – Reggie Thomas Collegiate Classic – 6th place – 5:21.96
1500m – Oliver Nikoloff Invitational – 31st place – 4:59.24

2021 RESULTS: Finished in sixth place with a time of 4:58.58 in the 1500m at the Rick Erdman Twilight... Posted a personal-best of 4:57.83 in the 1500m run at the RedHawk Invitational (April 24)... Took 12th place in the Mountaineer Classic (April 2) with a time of 5:02.97 in the 1500m run... Came in seventh place at the Toledo Rocket Invitational (May 15) running a 19:30.55 in the 5000m.

2021 TOP PERFORMANCES:
1500m - RedHawk Invitational - 23rd place - 4:57.83 **PR**
5000m - Toledo Rocket Invitational - 7th place - 19:30.55

2020: Did not compete in track and field. 

2019 RESULTS: Finished sixth in the 1500m with a time of 5:03.15 at the BGSU Outdoor Dual (April 5) … Posted a personal-best time of 2:29.78 in the 800m to take 11th at the RedHawk Invitational (April 20) … Stopped the clock at 5:02.25 to post a personal best in the 1500m at the Ball State Challenge (April 13) … Took 15th in the 3000m with a personal-best time of 10:37.70 at the GVSU Open (Jan. 25) … Clocked a 5:20.41 in the mile to take 10th at the BGSU Indoor Dual (Jan. 18) … Earned Academic All-MAC honors for the indoor season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-time letterwinner in cross country, track, and soccer ... Four-time first-team all-conference in track and cross country ... Three-time first team all-district in cross country and track ... Two-time state qualifier in cross country ... Broke school records in the 1600m, 3200m, and 5K ... Three-year conference cross country individual champion.
