As a Junior: Competed in six races in 2014…Ran a 10K time of 33:16.0 at the NCAA Division I Great Lakes Regional Championships (Nov. 14)…Finished 65th at the Mid-American Conference Championship (Nov. 1) with a season-best 8K time of 26:33.0…Finished seventh at the Mel Brodt Invitational (Sept. 12) with an 8K time of 26:50.1.

As a Sophomore: Competed in five races in 2013…Ran a 10K time of 33:27.0 at the NCAA Division I Great Lakes Regional Championships (Nov. 15)…Finished 41st at the Mid-American Conference Championship (Nov. 2) with an 8K time of 26:20.5…Ran a season-best 8K time of 26:16.3 at the Pre-National Invitational (Oct. 19).

As a Freshman: Competed in five races in 2012…Ran a 10K time of 33:56.0 at the NCAA Division I Great Lakes Regional Championships (Nov. 9), placing 131st…Finished 48th at the Mid-American Conference Championship (Oct. 27) with an 8K time of 26:21.6…Ran a season-best 8K time of 25:54.6 at the Rim Rock Farm Collegiate Classic (Sept. 29).

High School: Earned eight varsity letters in cross country and track...Named first-team All-TRAC and all-district while qualifying for state finals during senior year...First-team all-city, all-district and was a regional qualifier during junior and sophomore years...Second-team All-City as a freshman...Ran a 5K time of 16:09.00 and 3,200m at 9:54.00.
