2017 RESULTS: Competed in six races ... Secured sixth overall with a season-best 5k time of 15:54.6 at the Mel Brodt Invitational (Sept. 1) ... Came in 27th overall with an 8K time of 25:54.1 at the ISU Country Financial Invitational (Sept. 8) ... Recorded season-best 8K time of 25:48.6 at the MAC Championships (Oct. 28), taking 39th overall ... Completed the NCAA Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 10) with a 10K time of 33:37.3.

2016 RESULTS: Ran in five races ... Recorded a 5K personal-best of 15:36.2 at the Toledo Opener, placing second overall ... Secured fifth overall with an 8K time of 26:20.0 at the Mel Brodt Invitational (Sept. 16) ... Ran season-best 8K time of 25:09.91 at the Greater Louisville Classic (Oct. 1) ... Competed at the Adidas Pre-National Invitational (Oct. 15) with an 8K time of 25:53.6 ... Took 32nd overall with an 8K time of 26:22.2 at the MAC Championships. 

2014 AT LIBERTY: Transferred to Toledo after sophomore season at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va. ... Competed in six races in the 2014 season ... Finished as third-best freshman at the NCAA Division I Southeast Regional ... Named Big South Runner of the Week (Oct. 7) after clinching second at the Greater Louisville Classic with a personal-best 8K time of 24:58.9 ... Recorded a 10K personal best at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championships with a time of 30:59.6 in 2014. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Recorded times of 14:46 in the 5K and 30:21 in the 10K.
