Baseball begins its 2026 schedule at Memphis, women’s golf returns to spring action and men’s basketball plays the second installment of the Battle of I-75, sponsored by Fremont Federal Credit Union.

Women's golf will open the spring portion of its season on Tuesday and Wednesday, competing in the BGSU Women's Intercollegiate. The tournament will be held at Wigwam Resort in Litchfield Park, Ariz. Sophomore Brooklyn Millard leads the Rockets with a 76.8 stroke average.

Women's basketball returns to Mid-American Conference action at Savage Arena this week, taking on Ohio on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. and Eastern Michigan on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. Both games will air on ESPN+ and the Rocket Radio Network. Tuesday will be the Spring Sport Showcase and fans can meet, greet and get autographs from Toledo's spring sport student-athletes on the concourse before the game. Saturday's game will be the Rockets for the Cure, with special pink-themed jerseys. Fans can bid on Saturday's game-worn jerseys through Feb. 16. The Rockets (12-9, 6-4 MAC) are coming off a 76-67 victory over Southern Miss in the MAC-SBC Challenge. Graduate student Patricia Anumgba shined offensively with 25 points on 9-of-17 field goals. Sophomores Evalyse Cole (14 points, 11 rebounds) and Faith Fedd-Robinson (20 points, 15 rebounds) each recorded double-doubles.

Men's Basketball will be on the road for a pair of games this week. The Rockets will travel to Kalamazoo, Mich. to face Western Michigan on Wednesday before renewing its Battle of I-75 rivalry sponsored by Fremont Credit Union vs. Bowling Green on Saturday. UT posted an 84-79 home victory over the Broncos on Dec. 30 and defeated the Falcons by a 73-72 margin in Savage Arena on Jan. 24. Junior Sonny Wilson is leading the Rockets with 17.2 ppg, with freshman Leroy Blyden Jr. contributing 16.2 ppg.

Track & Field will split squads with this weekend's competition, as sprinters will head to the GVSU Big Meet in Allendale, Mich. and distance runners travel to the Heartland Invitational in Indianapolis, Ind. Last time out, 13 Rockets tallied personal best times and Karina James broke the indoor 5000m school record with a time of 15:57.97, besting Ari Fisher's time of 16:04.56 set in 2011.

The Rockets are set to host Youngstown State at 1:00 p.m. and Wayne State at 7:00 p.m. Last time out, Toledo fell to Butler, 4-3, and Indiana, 4-0. Junior Poonthong Komolpisut earned wins against IU Indy and Butler on the No. 1 singles court before his match against Indiana went unfinished.

Women's tennis continues its road swing, heading to Cleveland, Ohio to battle the Vikings on Friday afternoon. The Rockets dropped a pair of close matches in Chicago last weekend, falling 5-2 to DePaul and 4-3 to UIC. Sophomore Annika Munson has won four straight singles matches, including three-set victories against the Blue Demons and Flames last weekend.

Sophomore outfielder Audrey Miller led the Toledo offense, going 7-for-14 at the plate with five RBIs and tallying a .929 slugging percentage. Â
