Owned an overall record of 13-10 in singles, including an 11-6 mark in dual play…Picked up her first collegiate win against Tiffin (Jan. 24)…Clinched match point in a three-set tiebreaker against Eastern Michigan (April 4)…Went 11-9 overall in doubles matches …Started her career by winning four-straight doubles matchups….Picked up a doubles win against 2024 Division III National Champions U Chicago (Feb. 22).

Why Toledo? "A college recruiter recommended the University of Toledo. The campus is very appealing. Coach Tracy Mauntler and the program in general is the high-level I am looking for."
Coach Mauntler's take: "Annika is a grinder by nature which is what stuck out to me immediately. Typically, it's these kinds of student-athletes that fit perfectly into our environment here at Toledo. I'm not sure where Annika's ceiling is, but we are going to try and find out."
