Samantha Bolding tallies fourth-career two-homer game against NC State
Sophomore outfielder Samantha Bolding paced the Toledo offense in both contests. In a 9-3 decision to NC State, Bolding crushed two solo home runs for her fourth career multi-home run game. The Greenfield, Ind. native is now tied for ninth all-time in program history in home runs with 16 total.
Bolding also scored two runs in the 11-3 loss to Lehigh, marking her third multi-run game of the season.
Freshman Jenna Gober tallied her first home run of her career with a solo shot in the fourth inning against the Wolfpack. Redshirt freshman Reese Poston saw the most action in the circle, tossing 6.0 innings and allowing six hits between both games.

- Toledo struck first, plating a pair of runs off of an Aubrey Hensley sacrifice and an RBI single from Madison McKay in the first inning for a 2-0 lead. Lehigh responded in the bottom of the frame, scoring three to take their first lead of the game, 3-2.
