Eli Enriquez tallied her seventh multi-hit game of the season in the extra inning affair
RALEIGH, N.C. – The Toledo softball team fell to Lehigh in 10 innings, 5-4, in the final contest of the Wolfpack Classic in Raleigh, N.C. on Sunday morning.
Eli Enriquez tallied her seventh multi-hit game of the season, totaling two hits including her second home run of the season. Freshmen Jenna Gober and Aubrey Hensley turned in multi-hit contests, their first of their careers, while Hensley also chipped in two RBIs for her first multi-RBI outing of her freshman campaign.
Katie McDonald earned the start in the circle, tossing six innings and allowing just three runs on four hits while Mady Yackee threw four innings in relief.

Toledo will compete in its final non-conference tournament of the season at the UNCW Softball Tournament in Wilmington, N.C. on Friday-Saturday, March 6-7. Action begins against Army on Friday, March 6 at 1:00 p.m.

- Toledo struck first as Aubrey Hensley tallied an RBI single to center field in the first inning, 1-0. A solo home run from Eli Enriquez and an RBI single to center from Aubrey Hensley in the fifth then extended UT's lead, 3-0.
- Lehigh tied the game with a three-run homer run in the sixth inning, 3-3. The Mountain Hawks added another run in the top of the seven to take the lead, 4-3.
- The Rockets responded in the bottom of the frame as Eli Enriquez scored on a passed ball to even the contest, 4-4, and force extra innings.
- Toledo loaded the bases in the bottom of the eighth but were unable to send any runs home and went into the ninth frame.
- Lehigh struck in the top of the 10th inning with a solo home run, 5-4. UT got a runner aboard but was unable to send any runs home.
