TOLEDO, Ohio – University of Toledo Executive Associate Athletic Director Nicole Alderson recently took part in the fifth-annual "Fiesta Bowl Path to the Summit" in Glendale, Ariz.
This initiative focuses on providing opportunities for assistant football coaches and athletic administrators from underrepresented groups to learn and network with leaders in the field. The program provides a platform for future leaders to connect with established professionals in the field, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

The Path to the Summit is a part of a larger event that includes panels and discussions on current issues in college athletics, such as NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) and revenue generation. The program also included a community service project to fill backpacks for a local girls' flag football team.
