TOLEDO, Ohio – University of Toledo student-athletes earned a grade-point average of 3.370 in the 2025 spring semester, Vice President and Director of Athletics Bryan B. Blair announced today.Â
It is the Rockets' third-highest GPA ever for a spring semester. Toledo student-athletes have now recorded a GPA of 3.3 or higher in each of the past 12Â semesters.Â
"Our student-athletes continue to excel academically, and I couldn't be prouder of their commitment to success," said Blair. "Our goal for them will always be to earn a meaningful degree and a championship ring in their time at Toledo, ensuring that they get the most out of this experience and are fully prepared to excel beyond college. None of this would be possible without the unwavering support of our faculty, staff, coaches, and #TeamToledo community, who help turn their dreams into reality."
Women's Tennis achieved the highest GPA in the department with a 3.866 mark, which ranks second all-time for any Toledo sport, trailing only its own previous record of 3.913 in the fall of 2023. Women's Basketball was right behind with a 3.857 GPA, its second straight semester above a 3.8.
