Toledo looking to build momentum for spring with strong finish in Georgia
TOLEDO, Ohio — The Toledo women's golf team wraps up its fall campaign next week when it travels south to compete in the Mercer Invitational in Forsyth, Ga.
The tournament will be held at the par-72, 6,040-yard River Forest Golf Club on Monday-Tuesday, Oct. 30-31. A 9:00 a.m. shotgun start will be held each day with 36 holes being played on Monday and 18 holes on Tuesday.

The Field
The Rockets will be joined in the 14-team field by Chattanooga, Daytona State, FGCU, Georgia State, High Point, Jacksonville, Morehead State, Queens, Richmond, Samford, Seminole State, Stetson along with the host Bears.
This Week's Lineup
Toledo's lineup will include senior Macy Hanus at No. 1, senior Angel Hii at No. 2, junior Yedam Lee at No. 3, senior Amelia Lee at No. 4, and junior Kyleigh Dull at No. 5. Freshman Mia Natividad is competing as an individual for the Rockets.
Hii leads the Rockets with a 76.6 stroke average and is followed by Hanus (77.2), Amelia Lee (77.6), Yedam Lee (78.0) and Dull (78.3).
Last Time Out
Senior Cheryl Hong tied for sixth place at Dayton's Flyer Invitational. As a team, the Rockets finished with a team score of 898 and finished just nine strokes out of second place competing on the par-70, 5,937-yard NCR North Course.

Hong registered an eight-over par 218 with her best round coming with a one-over par 71 in the opening 18 holes. It was the fourth Top 10 finish of her Rocket career.
