Â
"That was as challenging as it gets in college golf, or for that matter tournament golf altogether," Head Coach
Jeff Roope said. Â "It was a real battle out there when you consider the difficulty of the golf course, the rain, the wind, the temperatures, and the high level of teams competing the last two days.
Â
"I was proud to see the way our guys fought through the challenging holes today, especially the stretch from 2 to 7, and then manage to capitalize on holes that provided more opportunity. I had a game plan and the guys did their best to adhere to it, which was nice to see."
