TOLEDO, Ohio - The Toledo men's golf team heads to Jonesborough, Tenn. this weekend for the first of two tournaments that will close out its fall season. The Rockets will be participating in East Tennessee State's Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate on Sunday-Tuesday, Oct. 9-11.

The tournament will be held at the par-72, 7,147-yard Blackthorn Club with tee times starting at 8:30 a.m. each day.
The Field
The Rockets will be competing against a 15-team field that includes Augusta, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Coastal Carolina, College of Charleston, ETSU, FGCU, Furman, Georgia Southern, Georgia State, Kent State, Missouri, Middle Tennessee, and Virginia Tech.
This Week's Lineup
The Rockets' lineup will include junior Barend Botha at No. 1, senior NJ Botha at No. 2, junior Jamie Tofte Nielsen at No. 3, senior Palmer Yenrick at No. 4, and senior Michael Terblanche at No. 5. Freshman Mason Deal is competing as an individual in his first tournament as a collegian.

Barend Botha leads the Rockets with a 71.1 stroke average and is followed by NJ Botha (72.6), and Nielsen (73.2). Yenrick and Terblanche are close behind with 73.9 and 74.2 marks, respectively.
Last Time Out
Barend Botha tied for 20th place at the Inverness Intercollegiate to lead Toledo to an 11th-place finish in a tournament that had all 16 schools ranked in the Top 100 of last year's Golfweek final rankings. Yenrick (T-33rd) and Nielsen (T-38th) also finished in the Top 40 individually.

Toledo will return to action next week when it travels to Vero Beach, Fla. for the Quail Valley Collegiate Invitational on Oct. 16-17.
