TOLEDO, Ohio – Ten members of the Toledo baseball team have been named to the Academic All-MAC squad, the league announced Tuesday.

Connor Brandon, Darryn Davis, Patrick Dillon, Kyle Jones, Scott Mackiewicz, Kyle Pijaszek, Jordan Power, Camryn Szynski, Nicky Winterstein, and Trey Wright represent the Rockets on the 2022 Academic All-MAC team.

This is the second Academic All-MAC honor for Brandon, Davis, Jones, Power, and Winterstein. The other five student-athletes are being honored for the first time.

The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student-athlete who has excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests for that particular sport.
