LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. – Toledo concluded the Mid-American Match Play Challenge on Tuesday with a convincing victory over Ball State. The tournament was hosted by Bowling Green at the Royal Lakes Golf Course in Lakewood Ranch, Fla.

The Rockets opened the day with a 2 & 1 win from freshman Cameron Ford and never looked back. Sophomores Angel Hii and Cheryl Hong followed up with 3 & 2 and 1 up victories, respectively

Freshman Yedam Lee kept Toledo unbeaten with a 4 & 2 triumph at No. 2. Junior Amelia Lee tied Liz Kim at No. 1 in the final match to decided.

Toledo is back in action on Monday-Tuesday, Feb. 21-22 when it travels to Covington, La. for the Tchefuncta Invitational hosted by South Alabama.
