MORGANTOWN, W. Va. – Toledo senior
Joelle Gallais earned a chance at post-season diving after scoring an NCAA Zone Diving qualifying score of 229.75 on the platform on Saturday in the final day of the West Virginia Diving Invitational.

Gabby Agostino said. "I think we are in a good place and progressing in the right direction. This meet was great practice for MAC's and I am really excited to get back into training and work on the things we need to improve on."
Gallais finished first in the platform prelims/ quarterfinals with a five-dive round score of 229.75, good enough for an NCAA Zones qualifying mark.
Freshman
Kassie Gutierrez also performed her first platform dive, and finished fourth in the prelims with a score of 191.75.
The Rockets have the rest of the month to rest and recover until their next event, the Zippy Invitational. The event runs Friday-Sunday, Dec. 3-5 at the Oliver J. Ocasek Natatorium in Akron, Ohio.
