Toledo's fall practice schedule started on Sunday, Sept. 15. The Rockets have two fall exhibition game scheduled in October.
Rockets Back on the Diamond for Fall Ball

TOLEDO, Ohio— The University of Toledo baseball team conducted its first fall practice on Sunday at Scott Park, kicking off a busy fall for the Rockets.
"I'm very excited to start practicing with our team this week," head coach Rob Reinstetle said. "The players have been really working hard during individual workouts and in the weight room for a few weeks now. To this point, I have been very happy with the talent level and work ethic of this group."
Toledo's first practice took place on Sunday and it will hold its annual MLB Scout Day late in the afternoon on Monday. The Rockets will have intrasquad scrimmages every Wednesday and Thursday this fall, beginning at 1:00 p.m. each day. Scrimmages are open to the public.
"The players have really bought into what my staff and I are trying to do," Reinstetle said. "I can already see the positive results in the team culture and the way we go about our business on a daily basis. We just need to keep getting better as the fall progresses and get ready for the 2020 season. We're excited to see what this group can do next spring."
Toledo also has two exhibition games scheduled for the fall The Rockets will visit Notre Dame on Oct. 4 and will host Lake Erie College on Oct. 19.
Reinstetle was named the head baseball coach at Toledo on July 8, 2019. He was most recently an assistant coach at Western Kentucky from 2016-19.
