YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - The University of Toledo men's tennis team dropped Friday's contest at Youngstown State by a score of 6-1.

The Rockets had a rocky start in doubles competition, losing the point despite senior duo Omar Espinosa/Luka Vitosevic capturing a 6-2 victory on the No. 1 court.

"We lost a lead in doubles and not everyone responded in singles as well as we needed," said head coach Al Wermer. "YSU played better than us in the big moments."

In singles action, senior Vince Anzalone earned the Rockets' lone point, sweeping Vasilis Vardakis in two sets 7-5, 6-2.
