Toledo, Ohio – The University of Toledo women's tennis team is set to travel to Ann Arbor, Mich. for the ITA Midwest Regionals hosted by the University of Michigan. The tournament will run Thursday, Oct.18-Tuesday, Oct.23.

The playing field will consist of: Akron, Bowling Green, Chicago State, Cleveland State, DePaul, Detroit Mercy, Eastern Illinois, Illinois State, UIC, Illinois, Marquette, Michigan, Michigan State, Northern Illinois, Northwestern, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Toledo, Western Michigan, Wisconsin, Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and Youngstown State

The Rockets are coming off their home fall tournament on Saturday, Oct. 13th where they swept Duquesne in doubles play. Freshman Christina Fuller held on to her season-long winning streak, emerging from the Rocket Invitational undefeated in singles. Seniors Claire Aleck, Kokoro Chishaki, and Thalita Rodrigues also went undefeated in singles play.

At last year's ITA Regionals, the Rockets garnered seven singles victories and two doubles victories.
