Toledo's 7-0 start in MAC play ties the school record held by the 1978-79 squad.
The Rockets also tied a school record for their longest MAC win streak with a 14-game streak dating back to last year. That was also accomplished from Jan. 26, 2000 - Jan. 13, 2001. The conference record is 16 games by Miami (1957-58) with the second place being held by Kent State with 15 (2001-02).
Toledo also extended its conference home win streak to seven games for its longest MAC home win streak since winning eight from Mar. 5, 2003 - Feb. 11, 2004.
Toledo is now 5-0 at home this season and extended its homecourt win streak to 12 games. The Rockets are also a MAC-best 41-4 (.911) in Savage Hall since the start of the 2003-04 campaign.
