Toledo (19-29) registered its second straight doubleheader sweep this afternoon with 4-3 (8 inn.) and 2-0 victories over Cleveland State (23-23) at Viking Field. CSU sent the game into extra innings when junior 3B Anna Hubert delivered a bases-loaded sacrifice fly with one out in the seventh.

Pettitt went the distance, allowing five hits and one earned run, to improve to 7-17 on the year.
In the nightcap, the Rockets broke a scoreless tie in the top of the third inning when sophomore RF Audrina Marler led off with a walk, moved to second on a sacrifice and scored on a double by sophomore 1B Kristin DuVall. Singer then led off the next inning with her second solo home run of the day and team-best sixth of the season to put Toledo up 2-0.
Freshman Stephanie Moore handcuffed the Vikings all game, allowing just five hits to move to 11-10 and register her first shutout of the season.
