King-Randolph, who passed away in 2025, became the first Rocket woman ever to earn All-America honors when she was named First Team All-America by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) in 1990. Following her playing career, King-Randolph coached travel softball, then took a position in 1998 as the first head softball coach at Kenyon College, coaching the Owls for two seasons. She also stepped in and coached Highland Sparta High School for one season in 2001. She continued coaching as a hitting instructor for Grand Slam USA and at Mount Vernon Nazerene for many years.
