Eli Enriquez advances to Academic All-America ballot
TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo softball program placed five student-athletes on the College Sport Communications (CSC) Academic All-District Team, the organization announced on Tuesday.
Payton Abiley, Samantha Bolding, Eli Enriquez, Reese Poston and Payton Pudlowski earned the academic honor. Enriquez was named to the All-District Team for the third consecutive season while Abiley, Bolding, Poston and Pudlowski are all first-time honorees.
Enriquez will move to the Academic All-American ballot. First-, Second-, and Third-Team Academic All-America selections will be announced on Tuesday, June 16.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District Softball Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.
