Enriquez earns All-MAC honors as Gober brings home All-Freshman Team accolades
TOLEDO, Ohio – Toledo softball senior Eli Enriquez and freshman Jenna Gober earned Mid-American Conference postseason honors, the league office announced on Wednesday.
Enriquez was named to the All-MAC Second Team for the second consecutive season while Gober earns All-MAC Freshman Team accolades.
Enriquez brought home her second All-MAC honors in as many years. The shortstop competed in all 50 games this season and led the Rockets in runs (40), hits (61), doubles (15), triples (4) and stolen bases (8). The Sacramento, Calif. native recorded a team-high 21 multi-hit games and recorded a 26-game on-base streak throughout the season. She ranked in the top 10Â during league play for runs scored (26), hits (36), doubles (11) and triples (4).
Throughout her final collegiate season, Enriquez became just the third Rocket to score over 100 career runs and ranks second in program history with 119 total runs. The shortstop also sits in second in program history in career batting average (.387), on-base percentage (.430) and triples (10).
Gober earned a spot on the MAC All-Freshman Team after strong first-year performance. The Placentia, Calif. native posted a .269 batting average to go along with 32 hits, 15 RBIs and 13 runs scored. She had nine multi-hit games and five multi-RBI outings and recorded a perfect fielding percentage, totaling 212 putouts with 13 assists while turning eight double plays.
This is the third-straight season with at least one player being named to the All-Freshman Team (Mady Yackee, 2024; Samantha Bolding and Audrey Miller, 2025).
