Women's Volleyball Drops 3-0 Decision At Western Michigan

KALAMAZOO, MI - Toledo (6-12, 3-6 MAC) suffered a 3-0 (15-10, 15-9, 15-9) setback tonight to Western Michigan (13-5, 8-1 MAC) at the Broncos' University Arena.
Sophomore Bitsy Mayhle recorded a match-high 14 kills to lead the Rocket offense. Junior Kelly Burt led the Rockets' defensively with 12 digs, while redshirt freshman Carrie McCaw collected 25 assists.
Western Michigan registered a .346 team attack percentage in the match and was paced by Zakiya Pope's team-high 13 kills, .545 attack percentage and six blocks.
The Rockets will return to action again tomorrow night when they travel to Mt. Pleasant, MI to battle Central Michigan at 7:00 p.m.
