2021:  Named Academic All-MAC Team... USTFCCCA Women’s Cross Country All-Academic Team... Dean's List... Placed 26th with a time of 19:07.3 in 5K at the Mel Brodt Invitational (Sept. 3)… Ran a 24:29.5 placing 41st at the Falcon Invitational (Oct. 16)… Earned 69th place with a time of 18:59.7 in the Open Race at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (Oct. 1)… Placed 107th with a time of 24:43.7 at the Spartan Invitational (Sept. 17).

2020: Finished with a time of 24:27.1 at the Falcon Invitational in Bowling Green, Ohio (Nov. 7).

2019: Did not compete in cross country. 

2018: Competed in five races, posting three personal-bests on the season ... Capped the season with a 5K PR of 18:58.3 at the EMU Fall Classic ... Stopped the clock at 23:28.8 for a 6K PR at the Bradley Pink Classic (Oct. 12) ... Finished 23rd with a time of 24:14.5 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29). 

High School: Four-time letterwinner in cross country, track, and soccer ... Four-time first-team all-conference in track and cross country ... Three-time first team all-district in cross country and track ... Two-time state qualifier in cross country ... Broke school records in the 1600m, 3200m, and 5K ... Three-year conference cross country individual champion. 

Personal:  Full name is Megan Kathleen Burmeister ... Parents are Donna and Mark Burmeister ... Has one brother, Andy, and one sister, Mandy ... Mother played basketball at St. Francis College in Fort Wayne, Ind. ... Majoring in bioengineering.
