2020: Posted a time of 23:08.3, coming in ninth on the team and 72nd overall at MAC Championships in Bowling Green, Ohio (Nov. 21)... Clocked a time of 19:00.1 in the 5K at CMU's Jeff Drenth Memorial in Shepard, Mich. (Oct. 31).

2019: Sixth on the team at the EMU Classic in Ypsilanti on (Oct. 25) with a time of 19:50.3 in the 5K run...Ninth on the team and 38th overall with a season-best time of 24:10.0 at the NIU Huskie Challenge in DeKalb, Ill. on (Sept. 6).

2018: Competed in five races, posting three personal-bests on the season ... Capped the season with a 6K PR of 22:57.2 at the MAC Championships (Oct. 27) ... Landed 10th overall after clocking an 6K PR of 22:45.9 at the Bradley Pink Classic (Oct. 12) ... Recorded a 5K PR  of 19:10.6 to take 18th at the Mel Brodt Invitational (Sept. 7) ... 2017: Finished the Mel Brodt Invite (Sept. 1) 19th overall with a 5K time of 20:39.9 ... Ran season-best 5K time of 19:55.9 at the ISU Country Financial Invitational (Sept. 8).
