Rockets face Youngstown State before interactive fan event featuring coaches and student-athletes
TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo women's volleyball team will host Youngstown State in a free exhibition match in Savage Arena on Saturday, Aug. 15 at 4:00 p.m. Following the match, fans are invited to stay for a free "Volleyball 101" event featuring Rockets' student-athletes and coaches.
Volleyball 101 will include a meet-and-greet with the team and an interactive lesson covering the fundamentals of the sport. Fans will learn about volleyball's rules, strategy and game terminology while hearing insight from coaches and student-athletes about what happens on the court. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and get to know the Rockets before the start of the 2026 season.
