Matias Olivero earns conference honor for third-straight season
TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo men's tennis team placed five student-athletes on the Academic All-MAC Team for the 2026 season, the league office announced on Thursday.
Hanamichi Carvajal and Joshua Mackey are first-time honorees, while Charlie Snow and Poonthong Komolpisut picked up their second Academic All-MAC distinctions.
Senior Matias Olivero earned All-MAC honors for the third consecutive season.
To qualify, student-athletes must be a sophomore or higher academic standing, have maintained a 3.20 GPA or higher and competed in 50% of contests during the 2026 season. Freshmen and transfers in their first year at a MAC institution are not eligible for the award.
