Reigning MAC Tournament Champions open league play at Akron on Friday, Sept. 25
TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo women's volleyball team announced the conference portion of its 2026 schedule on Wednesday. The 2026 Mid-American Conference slate includes 16 matches, with eight in Savage Arena and eight on the road.
The reigning conference tournament champion Rockets will open league play with a pair of road matches at Akron (Sept. 25) and Buffalo (Sept. 27). UT will then play its first home contests of the conference season against Ball State (Oct. 2-3) and Kent State (Oct. 8-9).
Toledo then heads to Kalamazoo, Mich. for a weekend matchup against Western Michigan (Oct. 16-17) before returning to Savage Arena for a meeting with Ohio (Oct. 23-24). The Midnight Blue and Gold will participate in a three-game road swing at Miami (Oct. 30-31) and at Bowling Green on Tuesday, Nov. 3 for the first installment of the Battle of I-75.
The final home matches of the season will be against Eastern Michigan (Nov. 6) and the second contest in the Battle of I-75 against Bowling Green (Nov. 10). UT will close out the regular season at Central Michigan (Nov. 13).
The 2026 MAC Championship will be on Friday-Sunday, Nov. 20-22 in Muncie Ind., and will be hosted by Ball State, the 2025 MAC regular season champions. Toledo has clinched a spot in five-straight league tournaments, a program record.
