TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo baseball pitching staff combined for a two-hit shutout as the Rockets claimed the weekend series with Ohio with a 1-0 victory at Scott Park on Sunday.
Â
The trio of

Â
The shutout was Toledo's first as a team since an 8-0 victory over Middle Tennessee on March 4, 2023.

Quoting Head Coach Rob Reinstetle
"After a rough start on Friday, I'm super proud of the way we battled back and took the series. Today, we got masterful pitching by Bergman, Leininger and Jones. We played good defense as well and Sudbrook came through with the big hit."
