MIAMI, Fla. – The Toledo softball team fell to Florida International, 3-1, on the final day of the FIU Classic on Sunday in Miami, Fla.
FIU took an early 1-0 lead in the first inning, but an RBI single from
Maris Barbato tied the game, 1-1, in the fourth inning. The Panthers scored two runs in the sixth to secure the victory.
Sophomore
Jenna Bloomfield went a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate on Sunday, the first multi-hit game of her career.

- Barbato has recorded at least one hit and one RBI in each of the past two games.
