TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo men's basketball team will look to build on its two victories last week when it hosts Youngstown State (2-2) on Wednesday, Nov. 19. Tip-off time in Savage Arena is set for 7:00 p.m. with streaming on ESPN+.
Five Rockets are scoring in double figures, led by junior
Sonny Wilson at 16.5 ppg. Senior
Sean Craig ranks second on the team with 15.0 ppg and a team-high 7.8 rpg, while freshman
Leroy Blyden Jr. is third with 14.0 ppg and a MAC-best 6.0 apg. Senior

Austin Parks also are in double digits with 13.3 and 11.3 ppg, respectively.
Blyden tallied a game-high 20 points and seven assists in the Rockets' 90-83 victory over Detroit Mercy on Saturday. Wilson added 18 points, six rebounds and five assists. Craig and Parks were equally impressive with each contributing 17 points. Parks was a perfect 7-for-7 from the field and has made 13-of-14 shots over his last two contests.
The Rockets held a slim 41-37 lead over the Titans at halftime and used a 6-0 spurt to take a 75-68 advantage with 5:04 to play. UT's lead didn't dip below five points the rest of the way.
Youngstown State was predicted to finish third in the Horizon League's Coaches Preseason Poll. The Penguins have played three of their first four games on the road, posting a 90-81 win at Grand Canyon and losing at Pitt (74-59) and St. Bonaventure (84-80).
Preseason Horizon League First Team honoree Cris Carroll is leading YSU with 14.3 ppg, 5.0 rpg and 2.0 spg.
