Former Rocket finishes one stroke out of first
SPRINGBORO, Ohio – Former Rocket Amelia Lee tied for second place at the Ohio Women's Open on Saturday at the Heatherwoode Golf Club.
Lee shot a three-over par 145 (73-72) to finish just one stroke behind Xavier's Madison Reemsnyder, who shot a two-over par 144 (71-73).
Lee graduated this past spring with her degree in electrical and computer science engineering. She ranks ninth in program history in stroke average and earned on a spot on the 2024 Mid-American Conference All-Tournament team with a fifth-place finish at the MAC Championships.
